Amy, I lost 26.4 pounds total since September. I seemed to lose a litte quicker than most so you can't judge the speed on me. 25% is a great place to be! Each day needs to be handled one day at a time...if you look at the finish line it seems like a daunting task.

The Fiber One cereal, instead of coming in one big bag inside the box like most cereal, comes in two separately packed sleeves inside. You just need one of these for the recipe and keep the other for your next batch! Even my kids are eating these...even when I told them they wouldn't want them because they were healthy!

Congrats! How much did you lose? How long did it take? I've lost about 25% of what I need to lose. Trying to take it slowly, but I would sure love to fast forward to my goal day!
