Creepy Creations

Each year we love to seek out the perfect pumpkins.  Since I have a tendancy to go for the biggest in the field, my husband created a rule:  "you have to be able to lift and carry your own pumpkin".  This helps keep the kids from picking the biggest pumpkin and our bill being bigger than the grocery bill.  After bringing home our newly found pumpkins we wait patiently until right before Halloween to carve them into Jack-o-lanterns.  This year my kids are super proud to say they each carved their own without any help from mom and dad.
