Restaurant.com giveaway and Date Night Challenge

I remember dating.  It was fun, always something new to do.  Then came kids and there went the dates.  Sound familiar to anyone? 

Well I'd like to send one of my lucky readers on a date.  Yup, you heard right.  A date!  A night out with your significant other!  I have a $50 gift certificate to Restaurant.com to give away to one of you!  (sorry, it doesn't come with a sitter...that part is up to you!). 

However, I'm going to make you work a little bit for it.  Don't worry, its not too bad.  I want to hear about some of your best date nights!  It doesn't matter if it was a date night in or a night out on the town.  I'm always looking for fun new ideas (especially for at home date nights!) and so I'm hoping you have some great things to share.

  2. Can I just post my date night here? My favorite date night consists of us going out to dinner (somewhere that we have a coupon to or giftcard, so we aren't spending too much!) I love to be waited on - not waiting on others! Then we would do something a little competitive like go bowling or mini golfing - something silly. And then we would go to a movie and just relax...ahhhhh... :)

  6. Date night is RARE here... I hear ya sista!
    So my most memorable date night was a light parade here in town, we went with the family but both kids slept in the car while we sat ourside the car watching the lights all bundled up since it was snowing and cuddled. :)

  7. One of my favorite dates was when my husband and I went toboggoning (so much fun!) and warmed ourselves up afterwards in the lodge by the fire drinking hot chocolate.

  12. My best date nights are when I get to go on 1 with my hubby. My daughter is 2 & 1/2 & I think we've been on 2 or 3 of them. Just going out to eat without our daughter is nice. dramaqueensmum@gmail.com

    Actually, we have a lovely restaurant here in town that I love to go to with my husband and then maybe stroll down the main street of town together.

  16. Best date was one my hubby (before we were married) took me on an all day date for my bday. He surprised me by calling in at work. He came by my apt early and we watched the meteor shower, came home while I slept on couch he made a yummy bfast, we then went to an amusement park. It was a weekday so it was dead and we got to ride all our fave rides and were done by 3. At night we went to my fave. restaurant Carrabbas!!
